These terms apply to the Sandire game made by Ruykin LLP. By playing the game you agree to them.

The game

Sandire is free to download and play. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its art, music or sounds.

Coins and boosters

Coins and boosters are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else, and exist only inside the game on your device.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. The Market Pass covers one 30-day season; it is a one-time purchase and never renews by itself. Coin packs and bundles are added to your game when the purchase completes. The starter bundle can be bought once and can be restored from Settings → Restore purchases on a new device; other items are used up when bought and can't be restored.

Your progress

Your progress is stored on your device only. If you uninstall the game, clear its data or change phones, your progress and any coins in it are lost. We can't recover them because we never hold them.

Ads

The game shows ads only when you choose to watch one. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

Changes and availability

We may update the game, change or remove features, or adjust prices and rewards. We'll try to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Ruykin LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
